TERMS OF SALE: Rec-Direct wants your online shopping experience to be a pleasurable one.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return your order within 30 days.  For return shipping instructions please contact:

Please have your order number ready or include it within any e-mail communications in order to ensure accurate customer service.  Buyers must contact Rec-Direct before shipping any returns, or returns will not be processed. A credit, less shipping cost paid by the customer, will be issued to the customer in the same payment method that was used to purchase the order.

NOTE: If the product is not returned in the original packaging and/or is altered or damaged in any way shape or form, no refund will be issued.  Any returns after 30 days will be subject to a 20% handling fee.  Shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded.
